Sarah Cade Rooney loves adventure! She’s happiest when she’s exploring, traveling, learning, and creating — just about anything, anywhere, anytime. She’s an “extreme noticer,” and finds joy in the details of the world around her, flowers within flowers, tiny plants, bugs, musical notes, the rhythm of words, and color. She LOVES color! And layering, so there’s lots of depth, color, shapes, and secrets in her work. She's certified Creativity Coach and loves helping people embrace their innate creativity, get unstuck, go beyond overwhelm, self sabotage, fear, doubt, and discover the joy in creating.  Her superpower is daring to suck at something because experience is everything!

Sarah’s passion for creating music was ignited by the urging of her vocal coach and mentor who pointed out that she was a “brilliant wordsmith, and could use those skills to write beautiful songs.” Those words changed her life! Soon, she began crafting her own songs, using her words and melodies to express the joy, pain, and everything in between that she has encountered on her journey through life. 

With a voice that captures the raw emotion of her lyrics, Sarah Cade's music is a reflection of her authentic spirit. She writes from the heart and infuses her experiences and emotions into every song. Through her music, Sarah explores the human experience with an honest vulnerability that is both breathtaking and relatable. Her lyrics touch on universal themes like love, loss, and hope, and she's not afraid to delve into the real, and often messy, emotions of life. Sarah lives just outside of Austin, Texas, with her husband Bryan, soul-dog Kittie Cate, and Chico the “I can't give up this foster” Chi-Weenie. They love adventuring about the country in Buttercup, the Airstream, and flying off to explore the more off the beaten track, nature-filled spots around the globe.
